A.R.T. Intensives
 Testimonial
"Over the years, my daughter had taken my grandchildren to various therapists, each with their own style, but none ever truly connected with my grandson. The approaches were demanding, both energetically and emotionally, and I didn’t see the progress we hoped for. My grandson often begged to quit, and honestly, I understood why.Â
Everything changed when he began your A.R.T. Intensive program. From the very first day, he was engaged - he never complained or asked to stop. The difference was immediate and profound."

Why the Intensive Format?
The A.RT. Intensive is a deeply contained process of coming into a profound, new state of self-awareness and inhabitation of the body - for all ages and stages. It is much more than a simple series of steps to acquire new cognitive, management skills and tricks.
Spead over four to five weeks, this careful, relational work honours the human being - as well as the intelligence of the nervous system. It supports the restoration of the body's innate, natural capacity to regulate and flex at a level that, often, the individual has not had much access to.Â
Practically, the A.R.T. Intensive is structured as eight sessions, five consecutive, that carries over four to five weeks. The consecutive sessions allows each session to build upon the psychological and physiological expansion established in the previous day and promotes:
- a continuity of connection and holding of alchemical space
- a strong sense of privacy and safety for meeting the quiet, sensitive aspects of the nervous system
- deep internal learning and the possibility of opening to something new
- a growing expansion executive, social, and physical flexibility
- a greater sense of quiet, personal authority and personal power
Rather than a series of isolated therapeutic appointments, A.R.T. supports the person - and their nervous system - to remain safely, deep within the process and gradually expand their internal map, till they are ready to surface knowing something new.
The therapist is available and deeply connected throughout to support you, and/or your child, as we navigate the delicacy of moving out of a known state of defence, and into a more open state of being.
This is a highly personalized process. Â
A.R.T. Intensive:
Initial Session
The first session focuses on establishing safety and orientation.
We explore the principles behind A.R.T., introduce the nervous system to the work, and begin gently orienting the body toward states of safety and regulation. This session lays the foundation for the work that follows.
Five Consecutive Sessions
The core of the Intensive consists of five consecutive sessions, each building on the psychological and physiological settling of the previous one.
The first of these sessions continues from the initial orientation, supporting the nervous system in deepening regulation and internal and psychological stability, as well as learning the A.R.T. exercises.
Across the following sessions, the body is given the opportunity to gradually expand its capacity for ease, coherence, and flexibility - within a safe, psychologically supportive environment.Â
The final session of this sequence supports integration, helping the shifts that have occurred begin to stabilise in regular, daily life.
Parents are upskilled as much as possible all along the way. The therapist is available out of hours - during the process - to answer questions and deepen understanding.
Two Follow-Up Sessions
Two follow-up sessions provide support for integration and ongoing nervous system stability and allow space to consolidate the changes that have occurred, and support the continued expansion of into daily life.Â
The Depth of the Work
Held over four to five weeks, the A.RT. Intensive is a deeply contained, profound process of coming into a new state of self-awareness and the cost reflects, not only the time involved both during the sessions, but also the continued level of presence, preparation, and nervous system attunement by the therapist - especially in the consecutive week - that is required to hold the depth of work safely and effectively.Â
The results speak for themselves.
