Individual Sessions
Holly is available at certain times of the year for single sessions. This is an opportunity for people to exlpore the work prior to investing in a full intensive; as well as for those for whom an Intensive is perhaps not suitable. These sessions allow a chance to see what will be of most benefit and to investigate the both the nuance of the work - and how it differs from traditional therapies.

A.R.T. Intensives
Single sessions can be helpful, but the A.R.T. Intensive is the primary and signature format through which this work is offered. Intensives are designed designed to support deep, cumulative nervous system change.
A.R.T. Intensives are structured as eight sessions, five consecutive sessions. Each session builds on the physiological settling established in the previous one, allowing the body to remain oriented toward safety rather than repeatedly re-starting from scratch.
Spacing the work closely supports continuity, reduces the load on executive functioning, and allows regulation to deepen without requiring effort, insight, or recall between sessions. For individuals in shutdown, inertia, or profound dysregulation, this continuity is often what makes the work accessible in the first place.
This format creates a contained arc of repair - not a series of isolated appointments - which is why it can produce shifts that would otherwise take many months (or years) of weekly sessions.
The investment reflects not just time, but the level of presence, preparation, and nervous system attunement required to hold this depth of work safely and effectively.
Initial Session
In the first session, we focus on getting things right for you — establishing safety, explaining the science behind A.R.T., and gently orienting the body and nervous system to the work ahead.
Five Consecutive Sessions
The A.R.T. Intensive is Holly Bridges’ signature way of working, delivered in five consecutive sessions following the initial setup. Each session builds on the last, allowing the nervous system to settle, integrate, and expand safely.
The first of these five sessions continues from the initial setup, gently deepening regulation and internal stability. Sessions two to four progressively expand coherence and ease in the body, while the final session supports integration, helping the changes hold in daily life.
Two Follow Up Sessions
After the five-session Intensive, two follow-up sessions provide support for integration and ongoing nervous system regulation. These sessions help consolidate the changes made during the Intensive, address any emerging challenges, and offer guidance for maintaining alignment and coherence in daily life.
They ensure that the work doesn’t stay isolated in the Intensive but continues to unfold safely and sustainably over time.Â
